Responsibilities:

• Selling and promoting Life Science related products and services across the assigned territories.
• Responsible of growing the market share and sales of assigned territories.
• Works with Sales Manager to define sales strategy/ plans for the product portfolio.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs, identify solutions, and actively creates sales opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Managing emails, sales visits, meeting, and phone conferences of the assigned customer zone
• Develop strong working relationship with various departments: Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Care and Production Laboratories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or science related field.
• 2 years of sales experience will be preferred.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, efficient in building business relationships and network.
• Must possess own transportation and driving license.
• Able to travel throughout local (KL & Selangor) and outstation region for sales visitation and product knowledge trainings.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product/service to potential customers.
• Capable of conducting and leading online-based meeting with customer.
• Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed the sales closing.

Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping within laboratories.
• Perform DNA sample sorting, DNA sample quantification, and DNA sample purification.

• Deliver high quality production output and conduct all working instructions strictly according to SOPs.

• Report to Assistant Production Manager / Senior Laboratory Assistant and ensure process meeting the required turnaround time.
• Working hour (4 hours per day):
  • 09:00am-01:00pm
  • 12:00pm-04:00pm
  • 04:00pm-08:00pm
  • 06:00pm-10:00pm

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Salary: Hourly paid

Requirements:

• Undergraduate / Postgraduate student in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Microbiology or other relevant science-related field.
• Candidates must possess positive working attitude, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good pipetting skills
